Bio
Coach Isaac is 22 years old and one of our trainers here at 4 Arrows. He was one of our first trainers and has been with us since the beginning in 2021. He works as a field technician, training to be a project engineer. His hobbies include CrossFit and Hunting! He was a spectacular athlete in high school playing catcher/centerfielder in baseball, middle linebacker in football, and dabbled a little in cross country also. Coach Isaac’s classes are fun & full of laughter, but still have the emphasis on safety & correct technique. We love Coach Isaac and we are so grateful to have him a part of this team!

Get plugged into a class! Every class time offered has members that will hold you accountable. Once you notice the positive impacts that come with health & fitness, Your life will be forever changed!
