"Improved My ACFT Score !"
In the last year I have raised my ACFT score about 30%, hit lifetime PRs on most of the core funtional lifts, and have felt significantly better physically since recovery from my leg surgeries. Anyone any fitness types can do CrossFit and the coaching here is top notch. If I have learned anything this year, it’s that there is a scale for everything.
